Recent performance projects include In the Winter Wood at London’s Polka Theatre and story workshops with Story Storks Heritage (for children); ‘Alternative Tarot’ storytelling with the Crick Crack Club (for adults), and London art gallery White Conduit Projects. A practitioner of noh since 2012, I am a member of Theatre Nohgaku and co-producer of the Noh Training Project UK. 2019 projects include new English-language noh Phoenix Fire (Ryogoku Bear, Tokyo), Emily, and traditional noh Atsumori (Tara Arts, London).

As a vocalist, projects include writing and live v/o at Kings Place (Noh Reimagined, 2018), narration and sounds for literary event series Shivers, alongside my own experimework. Current and recent projects include spoken word with Errant Stage, and poetry for They Came Before Us: A History of Women of Colour in the UK (Collage Arts, London)
I have a degree in Literature from UCL, and have since studied voice and performance storytelling forms in Japan, the UK and the USA. I am also an event promoter, tour booker, and an occasional radio co-host on London’s Resonance 104.4 FM.
